Fill your games.
WHISTL helps assignors and leagues staff every game with qualified refs. Post your games, pick who works them, and know who's on the field. Free during the beta.
The problem
A ref drops at 6:40 AM. You text one person and wait. Then the next.
Your schedule lives in a spreadsheet. Your refs live in a group chat. Who can work a U15 center lives in your head.
And when a ref doesn't show at 7:45 AM, you find out when a coach calls. It's the kids who lose out.
You didn't sign up to be a full-time texter. You signed up to make sure games happen.
How WHISTL helps
Post an opening once. Refs on your roster see it and can claim it. You watch the spot go from open to filled, instead of refreshing your texts.
Want to hand-pick? Assign a ref directly. They accept or decline with a tap, so you know where you stand without chasing a reply.
Each game shows the field, time, age group, level, position and pay. You set the pay, the certification level and how many officials it needs. Fewer "where's the field?" questions.
Refs request to join your organization, and you approve who's on it. Your whole roster lives in one place, not three spreadsheets.
See which officials have checked in, which are running late, and which haven't checked in yet. A no-show stops being a surprise at kickoff.
